IFPEN

IFPEN, Lyon

IFP Energies Nouvelles Catalysis and Separation Division develops catalysts and adsorbents based on zeolites for refining, petrochemical and biomass applications. IFPEN's approach is based on the discovery of new structures and the modification of existing structures in order to offer innovative materials with breakthrough performance. Discovery processes are based on the most advanced methodologies such as high throughput synthesis, high throughput catalytic testing and molecular modeling. These new materials can be synthesized and shapped from lab scale to pilot scale in order to prepare extrapolation on an industrial scale.

IRCE

IRCE, Lyon

The Institute of Porous Materials from Paris, created end of 2016 and built up from former team members of the porous solids team at Institut Lavoisier de Versailles (France), is targetting the discovery of new functional porous hybrid solids (MOFs), their scale-up and shaping, in a view of potential applications related to health, energy and environment.

ICGM

ICGM, Montpellier

ICGM has a strong expertise in synthesis, textural control and shaping of nanoporous materials (zeolites, mesostructured silica, hybrid silica, MOFs and carbons), paying particular attention to evaluate their performances in heterogeneous catalysis, adsorption and separation. Our institute has developed original activities in the textural control of nanoporous solids at different length scales (micro-, meso-, and macroporosity) together with their surface functionalization for the design of advanced materials. Our institute pays also particular attention to provide a sharp understanding of adsorption, catalytic and transport properties (i.e. adsorption, chemical reactivity, confinement and dynamics of guest molecules; dynamics of porous solids) by coupling experimental and theoretical tools (Monte Carlo, Molecular Dynamics, DFT, QSPR).
